Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments are due in full, at time of booking, on day trips. On overnight trips a 25% deposit will hold your reservation, with the balance due in full 60 days prior to departure.
Regardless of circumstance, cancellations result in a costly process of letters, toll calls, adjustments and refunds, etc., plus a loss of revenue if time does not permit resale of the lost reservation.
To offset these costs, the following fees apply. In fairness to others, we can not make exceptions. In the event of cancellation by Redbud Tours, all payments received from passengers will be refunded within 10 days.
- $50 per person if notice is received, in writing within 60 days or more before departure.
- 30% of the tour price if notice is received, in writing within 31 to 59 days before departure.
- 50% of the tour price 8 to 30 days before departure.
- NO refunds 7 days or less before departure.
